The property rents furnished and equipped with appliances, with use of linen, and Wi-Fi line.
All utilities of gas, electricity and water and final cleaning at the end of the lease period are included in the price paid to the lessor. For stays of longer than a week, it will be borne by the Host linen change; any intermediate cleaning will be charged to the Guest, if required.
The property is in perfect working order, in the conditions and with the furniture and accessories on display in the descriptions and photographs of the web page of the sites on which it is advertised.
The Property granted on lease is a transitory lease due to holidays, as foreseen in Article 1, paragraph 2, letter c) of Law 431/98 Italian Civil Code.
No deposit of money is request.
Check-in/check-out:
Key collection takes place according to the instructions that will be sent to the Guest at the end of the online check-in procedure.
The property will be available from 2:00 pm but, if possible, check-in can be arranged earlier.
The property will be cleaned and prepared for the number of people stated in the booking voucher. Check-out is no later than 10:00 am. If possible, it can be arranged differently (up to 2:00 pm).
The Guest will have to leave the accommodation in the state in which he found on his arrival, he will not have to leave their properties and belongings, leaving in perfect the services provided, as well as furniture and utensils. The sublease is prohibited.
The Guest may not perform disturbing, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous, illegal or contrary to the statutes of the Community. Furthermore, it may not store in the home flammable, explosive, corrosive, or run within industrial or commercial activities.
The Guest shall be directly and exclusively responsible and raises the Host from any liability in respect of:
-The damage that may be caused to persons or things due to misuse of services facilities and supply of the temporarily rented house.
- Damages, failures or losses that are produced in the same, caused by the Guest or persons living in the apartment.
Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel 60 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the amount they have already paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. On the contrary, they will not be entitled to a refund. All cancellations or changes must be requested and confirmed by email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
